With strong expertise in planning policy, site viability and development strategy, Salam applies a CFO mindset to assess risk, optimise returns and unlock value within assets, supporting successful and sustainable project delivery.
Project ManagerAlex
Alex has over ten years of experience in construction and project management, with a strong focus on delivery, coordination and programme control. He supports early stage feasibility and due diligence, helping to assess opportunities and set clear project parameters from the outset.
He leads on the day to day management of projects, coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment at every stage. Alex is responsible for programme management, tracking progress, managing risks and resolving technical issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
